It became a cult favorite among local meat lovers by serving premium, freshly sliced-to-order beef under playful Thai names like Nuea Marathon. By pairing high-grade Australian and Thai-Wagyu with a signature four-sauce system and charcoal grills, it grew from a trendy neighborhood spot into one of the city's most enduring, independent Japanese BBQ landmarks.
